of honoring your body in every aspect of your life. From breath work
to invigorating movement, from mindful self-care to embracing your
unique beauty I am here to guide you on a journey of self-discovery,
empowerment and healing.

HONOR YOUR BODY:

By honoring our bodies, we cultivate self-respect, self-esteem, and overall well-being, enabling us to lead fulfilling lives with vitality and stability. Your body is unique in its own abilities and skill sets. It deserves an environment that acknowledges that. You are worthy of a judgment-free zone in which you can move freely and safely. I offer a body-positive space in which you can explore your body’s possibilities and I encourage you to integrate our work together in your day to day life.

CELEBRATE YOUR BODY:

Embrace and celebrate your body, for it is a reflection of your unique journey and experiences. Each scar, curve, and freckle tells a story of resilience and growth. Your heart has created the drumbeat of you. Your lungs have allowed air to come in and out with every inhale and every exhale. Your body has carried you through your entire life–it is a miraculous, wondrous, magical being–it carries the beautiful essence of YOU. By nurturing our bodies with care and kindness, we not only enhance our physical well-being but also cultivate a deep sense of self-love and acceptance. Let us revel in the marvel of our bodies, appreciating all they allow us to do and experience in this world.

HEAL FROM THE INSIDE OUT

Our bodies hold memories, emotions, trauma and love; they hold it all. When we release areas of tension, we allow our bodies to heal. When we heal our bodies, we allow our hearts to heal. Through movement, we can discover all sorts of things about ourselves. Movement is also one of natural ways we can ease anxiety and improve mental health. I believe movement is about nourishing your body, uplifting your mood, and enhancing your overall well-being. When we find movement we love, we are more likely to actually do that movement and that is what allows us to heal from the inside out.

I am primarily located in Long Beach, but may be able to travel to the South Bay area or other areas depending on what you are looking for.  

Right now my current availability for equipment based training is primarily Thursdays after 5PM Saturdays & Sundays.  This may change so you can always reach out.
